Ingredientes: 5 damascos secos, 1/4 de mamão papaia, 1 copo de água de coco, 1 colher de sobremesa de gengibre fresco picado

Preparo: Deixes os damascos de molho, por 1 hora, em água morna; Escorra a água e bata no liquidificador junto com os outros ingredientes. Sirva gelado!!!
